Lesson One

Okay, first of all the Pronouns:
ich = I
du = you [informal - use only with friends, people younger than you, or animals]
er = he
sie = she
es = it
::note about "er" and "sie": these are not just used for reference to people, but also nouns whose gender is male or female. "es" is only for nouns that are neuter::
wir = we
ihr = plural you (y'all :-D)
sie = they
Sie = formal you (conjucated same as the "they" version of sie; used with people you don't know very well, or are older than you)

And how to conjugate regular verbs (which will, in the infinitive form, have an -en ending):
ich... -ewir... -en
du... -stihr... -t
er/sie/es... -tsie/Sie... -en

"fahren" to drive
ich fahre
du fahrst
es fahrt
wir fahren
ihr fahrt
sie fahren

A taste of the irregular:
"sein" to be
ich bin
du bist
es ist
wir sind
ihr seid
sie sind

More regular verbs (try to conjugate! answers here):
"bringen" to bring
"denken" to think
"finden" to find
"haben" to have
"kommen" to come
"schreiben" to write
"verdrießen" to irritate
